In this scene Eva goes to court as a witness for a shooting that happened in a shop during the night. the person that was shot at was black but he dodged it and it got an Asian in the chest. before the shooting the black guy was playing a video game and got mad and started hitting it and yelling at the store owner. He then walks out and sees the guy with the gun and dodges it.
