A bunch of people from different gangs were at a deli and one of the gang members was getting really mad over a game. Eva's friend decided to try and shoot the guy because he was going rage but accidentally shot an innocent bystander. That’s the problem with gang violence, just because someone from a different gang was angry, the guy felt like he need to shoot him. But he ended up killing an innocent guy by accident. if there weren't any gangs then no one would've been hurt/killed.
